I Felt Really Tired But Now I Am Totally Energized!

When I find that out…I will let you know. 

But in the meantime, supplements can help me (and you) to raise serotonin levels so that the brain will send the signals to breathe while sleeping, so that I get into deep sleep and R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep stage. REM sleep is where your body gets deep rest. If you do not get to the REM stage of sleep then you are going to feel exhausted all the time. That’s no fun at all. 

So I was doing some research on treatments for Central Sleep Apnea and I found this information about 5-HTC. Actually someone on Facebook told me about it first. So I started taking HydroxyTryptophan. Tryptophan is that stuff in Turkey that makes you tired after you eat it. But HydroxyTryptophan does not make me feel tired. There is a notice on the bottle though that it might make you drowsy. HydroxyTryptophan is sold as a sleep aid and/or mood health supplement. I understand why now! I am getting fabulous sleep and my mood has drastically improved.

However, again on Facebook a friend of mine warned me that using Hydroxytryptophan will eventually deplete your levels of dopamine…and that is bad as well. So to properly up-regulate your dopamine levels you need to balance your consumption of HydroxyTryptophan with consumption of L-Tyrosine. L-Tyrosine is an amino acid. Your body needs amino acids. So where do you get L-Tyrosine? Well generally I get L-Tyrosine from my Isagenix Isalean shakes. They are whey protein shakes and they contain a ton of excellent nutritional ingredients that help your body operate as it’s supposed to operate. That works great for me!

You can get Hydroxytryptophan at Walmart in the pharmacy (over the counter) sleep aid section. Or wherever else Hydroxytryptophan is sold. The Spring Valley brand comes in bottles with 30 pills of 100 mg each. The recommended dosage is 200 mg before bed time. However I also take 100 mg (1 pill) during the day around lunch time if I feel like I am dragging. I also drink my Isagenix shake about that time.

You absolutely must be on the first page. Preferably in the first 3 slots to generate consistent traffic. So how do you get to the top of Google?

Here is the list of things you must do just to get the process started.

  • Create Compelling and interesting content that is unique on the web.
  • Consistent posting of content on your website.
  • Proper On-Page SEO done for each article.
  • Good Keyword Research. What’s hot? What’s not?
  • Competition Analysis. Make sure you are not competing in a totally saturated market for your keyword. Unless you are VERY patient and a glutton for punishment.

BURN EVEN MORE FAT!

Did you wake up like I did and realize that we are almost half way through May!  That means SUMMER is right around the corner.  I love summer! Why I Need IsagenixOur son is on a mission for our church www.lds.org  We get to hear from him by e-mail once a week.  The past 2 weeks he has been asking me to send him some Isagenix.  I haven’t done it yet.  After reading this weeks e-mail I will mail it out tomorrow.
